Educational Capital: Our evidence base defining parental engagement

This report, prepared for the ACT Government by ARACY, provides the evidence base that will inform future and ongoing policy and practices in ACT schools to maximise parental engagement.
The report highlights the importance of a consistent definition so that parents and teachers have a shared language to talk about parental engagement, why it is important and its positive effects on children’s long term outcomes.

In solidarity, ARACY supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and the need for truth-telling about the history and impact of colonisation.
