Strategic investment in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is essential for national wellbeing,
emphasizing improved pay and conditions to boost availability. ARACY supports incentives for ECEC
workers in underserved areas and proposes community navigators to enhance access for vulnerable
children. Funding targeted Early Years Programs in disadvantaged areas is crucial for laying a strong
foundation for future generations.
